Welcome to the course
In Course 3 you will begin to analyse your context for teacher professional development with TPD@Scale.
In this course, you will begin to use TPD@Scale concepts to make an initial analysis of your TPD context. You will use an equity-focused framework, and work through a set of questions.
In this analysis, you will consider some of the information you already have about TPD in your context, and what additional information you might need in order to make your TPD more equitable and scalable. You will also explore principles of scaling impact and their relevance to your context. As part of this analysis, you will think about appropriate ICTs for your specific TPD context.
If you worked through Course 1, you will know about TPD@Scale principles of Equity, Quality and Efficiency, and about the TPD@Scale paradigm: to design at scale and localise for inclusion, through the use of models that are adapted to respond to local needs.
