Feeling excluded

Due to my interest in Mathematics, i added elective Maths to my elective subjects in the Secondary school. I was hardworking, very active and contributed a lot in solving Mathematics questions in class. The course tutor liked me because of my participatory role in class each day.

However, I felt excluded when I absented myself from school for three days. When I returned to school, my mates had completed one topic and I couldn't catch up with them. I felt so bad and that made me stopped the elective Maths.

That is so sad, but I feel you should not have excluded yourself just because you could not catch up.

You should have asked for assistance from your colleagues who understood that topic or better still arrange with your course teacher for help

Exactly my mind.

It often happens to us in various ways, sometimes the inability to

see various solutions to the challenges around us due to overwhelming problems at hand.

As the campaign manager of an SRC presidential aspirant. After the SRC elections, i accompanied the SRC president elect and one other guy to VORSAG(Volta Region Student Association of Ghana) general meeting to officially thank them for their support. When we got there, almost all the speakers spoke EWE (a Ghanaian language) with the exception of one guy who blended both English and Ewe. i really felt bad and excluded from the meeting. the funny thing thing is, the president elect and one other guy i went with were all Ewes so i was the only who could not speak nor understand the language and i really felt bad.
