I admire the fact that OAD has really thought of everything and through the Development Impact Cycle is really offering everybody a recipe of success. I do wonder though whether the idea of the project or its impact is valued most in the evaluation process? Are innovative ideas  or the thorough investigation of existing materials fundamental  for success?
