A toolkit for inclusive teaching and learning

I have learned that Open Educational Resources are free resources or materials used to support access to knowledge.  In other words, they are teaching, learning and research resources that reside in public domain or have been released under an intellectual property license that permits their free use. For someone to have access to these resources, he or she will need an internet connection.
