You need to propell it!

The Astro4Development is the major activity humanity need to develop. 

You need to attract to this project weel known people who can support and higher the rank of the activity.

Presedents and vise presedents of the countries, pop and rock stars, well known scientists.

Thus it will work, cuase any region on the Earth has a potentioal of development through astronomy.

Please, propellit by any means!

These is no way for humanity to survive othe than by astronomy ans space exploration perspactives.
