Brian in Kigail - PM 2.5 OK

Air quality is good at 47 according to https://aqicn.org/ for a particular station, thats also about the average. Although PM2.5 spikes depending on the time of day. 

I am starting my own citizen science initiative at maiyoinstitute.org. There is not much citizen science air quality monitoring going on in Kigali.
