Low-traffic Neighbourhoods

In  Ashford (Kent, UK) many people feel the road changes as part of the town redevelopment were done without proper resident consultation, or that consultation happened too late in the process. People felt that decisions were already made before community feedback was properly gathered. Personally, I think consultation is improving but there is still a huge gap between this and true co-creation.
