Not pupils - impact on me!

Just a note to thank everyone for their enthusiasm and knowledge.

As part of encouraging myself to push my Scots/ Doric knowledge I entered a local Doric Poetry Award through the Buchan Heritage Society! See attached my certificate. 

I didn't win - but was encouraged to apply again - and they said "runs at a fine steady pace. Good Doric!" 

Suffice to say - I'm fair chuffed! and yes - maybe next year!
