Downloading questions from the question bank

Is there a way to download a bank of questions from the question bank and upload them onto a different Moodle site? I know I can import a quiz from one Moodle site to another, but this does not give me access to the whole question bank.

Questions like this are best asked in the Moodle quiz forum: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=737

However, you can do this using Import and Export from the question bank. Use Moodle XML format, and you may need to re-organise your question bank so that all the categories are inside a single to-level category like 'Default for Course C101'.
