Previewing a drag and drop question

A user is trying to set up a quiz with drag and drop onto image question.  However when they preview the question it comes up with blank boxes instead of the text inside.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

The question type works normally (e.g. https://qa.moodle.net/mod/quiz/view.php?id=56). Therefor, it must be something specific to this site that is cauing the bug. You need to report it to the development team. (With a link to the problem question.)

Many thanks, that is really helpful.  It isn't actually on our sites - it is a question from someone who has come across your guidance on OLW for setting up quizzes and was having trouble with their own Moodle installation.
