Inclusivity challenges.

I have identified three challenges that are most significant in my own context, with one idea about how to tackle each of them. They are:

1- Poor learning behaviours: I would tackle this by using proactive strategies. I would keep lessons interesting and engaging so that learners stay focused on the lesson and have less time to get distracted.

2- Visual impairment: I would place students with visual impairments at the front of the classroom, so they can see the writing on the board more clearly. I would use large letters intentionally to accommodate this type of impairment, and most of the time, I would verbalize all visual information.

3- Teaching a large class: I would place students into small teams or pairs and walk around the room to monitor their progress and support them.
