This section presents code and data for a recent paper of ours in Frontiers in Animal Science on data analysis in aquaculture. Data from one of our case study sites (Norway) are analysed and we explore the extraction of primary drivers to caged salmon response (as sampled by the Aquaculture Biomass Sensor)
