Surrounded by Nature

"Our similarities far outweigh our differences"

The simple concept that is essential to mimicking nature is based on the understanding that although humans have evolved a variety of cultural adaptations, we are part of nature and that we depend on it and that we are connected to natural systems like all other living things.

How?

Humans have to do many of the same things as other living things. For example, obtaining resources, crafting and disassembling materials, processing information and reproducing. We are also subject to the same resource constraints and habitat conditions.

Like 8.7 million other species on Earth. We are well aware of how our colleagues on this planet have benefited from the resources and the limitations this place has imposed over billions of years, the better equipped we will be to develop technologies and systems that will allow all life to thrive long into the future.
