The Building Number Confidence: Time online module was designed and developed by Lexedio Ltd in consultation with the Multiply adult numeracy teaching team at UHI Inverness, part of the University of the Highlands and Islands. It is part of the Multiply project funded by the UK Government through Highland Council.
The content of this module is designed to complement and build upon the preceding three “Number Confidence” modules developed through UHI North, West and Hebrides. The activities continue to draw upon ‘Numeracy as Social Practice’ (NSP) concepts, which support learners ‘to make sense of non-mathematical contexts through a mathematical lens’ (Yasukawa, K., Rogers, A., Jackson, K. and Street, B. (Eds) (2018).
