  • Microsoft Accessibility Checker: Microsoft provides detailed guides on how to use the built-in Accessibility Checker in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to find and fix common accessibility issues. 

  • GrackleDocs: Try GrackleDocs’ Chrome extension, which helps to check the accessibility of Google Docs, Google Slides and PDFs. 

  • WebAIM's Accessibility Checker: While automated checkers only catch a portion of errors, they are a great starting point. WebAIM offers a free online tool to check the accessibility of any webpage.
