  • Reasonable Adjustments in UK Law: For those in the UK, understanding the legal framework is key. Look into the Equality Act 2010, which outlines the legal duty to provide reasonable adjustments for individuals with disabilities in education and employment.
  • PSBAR (Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations) 2018: requires all organisations to provide services to the public to have digital content that is fully accessible.
  • The British Dyslexia Association: The BDA offers specific advice on reasonable adjustments for students with dyslexia, such as extra time and alternative assessment formats.
  • Guidance for Visual Impairment: The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) offers resources for educators on how to make adjustments for students with visual impairments, including providing materials in large print or braille and ensuring access to screen readers.
