Course structure
There are four topics: two covering core evidence based interventions, another one covers additional sources of support, and the fourth looks at components and effectiveness. Each topic includes a number of tasks. You will be introduced to each topic and will be taken to a number of website pages where, for example, you will watch videos, read scientific articles, and see summaries of the resources. There is also a Debating Forum, which will present a controversial or thought-provoking idea and will be complemented by a research paper or report, for you to consider.
To qualify for a course completion certificate you will need to record your reflections on what you have learned. Reflections take the form of 'quiz' questions which you should save as a record of your CPD (Continuing Professional Development) - you will be prompted for these. Once you have got to grips with the topic content you are ready for your study group, which you will have prepared.
Now go to the course preparation section to have a look at what you will need to do on this course...
