Can you harness intrapreneurship?

Updated Monday, 7 July 2025

Do innovative employees with new ideas always have to leave and start their own company? Or could they be given the license to transform your business instead?

Find out more about The Open University's Business and Management courses and qualifications.

These questions are discussed in the Intrapreneurship Series – a series of four webinars from The Open University (OU), hosted by innovation advisor and engineer, Josh Valman. The four sessions look at the what intrapreneurs are and how the right culture can be created to allow them to solve problems in the same fashion as an entrepreneur and start-ups. The series includes guests from Barclays, Grant Thornton, Capgemini, The Open University and many more, giving a wide range of perspectives, tips and skills advice to enable intrapreneurship in your organisation.
