Learning at Work Week with OpenLearn

Updated Wednesday, 5 February 2025
OpenLearn, the free learning platform of The Open University, is delighted to return as a partner of Learning at Work Week (18-24 May 2026) again this year.

Across the OpenLearn site you will find over 900 free courses, including more than 80 badged courses which can be used towards your CPD hours, as well as articles, videos, podcasts and more, covering a diverse range of subjects – all of it free – which makes it the perfect resource to support your Learning at Work Week plans. This year we're delighted to be able to share The Open University's 'Intrapreneurship' series of webinars with you, but we will also be drawing on expertise from across the OU to create exclusive content ahead of the event, as well as giving exclusive access to a more detailed collection of courses covering not only work-based skills, but also to help you support your employees outside of the workplace.

In the carousel of videos below you can watch a series of webinars which look at what intrapreneurs are and how the right culture can be created to allow them to solve problems in the same fashion as an entrepreneur and start-ups. The webinars take a closer look at digital/AI and sustainability and consider how intrapreneurs could help you to solve difficult challenges in these vital areas. You can also watch a short animated introduction, which will help you get started with OpenLearn.

To get you started while we work on your exclusive content for 2026, we've picked some key themes for this year and provided a few examples of the related content you can discover on OpenLearn. We will provide more once you've registered to support you and your business.
