Biography
With a degree in Management from the University of Essex and a Postgraduate Certificate in Financial Econometrics, Alfred is currently pursuing a CIPD-accredited MSc in Human Resource Management via distance learning at the Open University. Professionally, he has a background in recruitment and executive search, specialising in the built environment sector. His primary research interests focus on systems and design thinking in the context of the organisation.
