Week 4: Texture, dynamics and structure

Introduction

This week you will learn about how to listen for three new elements of music – texture, dynamics and structure. These three elements bring together aspects of what you have already learned about rhythm, melody, harmony and timbre exploring how sounds weave together and the effects of loudness on our perceptions.
