This week, you’ll focus on face to face interactions with employers. You’ll look at creating a good first impression, through a strong handshake and positive body language, and move on to consider your interview technique. You’ll explore the different interview questions you might encounter, and discover some top tips about video interviewing. You’ll finish the week on networking, learning how to promote yourself using an elevator pitch.
By the end of this week, you will be able to:
- create a good first impression when you meet potential employers
- present yourself more effectively at interview
- understand the benefits of networking and feel more confident doing it.
