These sites provide guidance on coping with the consequences of the rising cost of living and debt costs.
Please note that ‘wellbeing’ is a broad concept. For Sessions 1, 2 and 3, you will only focus on the “financial” aspect of your wellbeing. There is substantial literature that highlights the positive relationship between financial and other aspects of wellbeing. For a brief overview by the NHS, you may check the relationship between financial worries and mental health.
