5.4 The six thinking hats

The six thinking hats is a problem solving and brainstorming technique that ensures all points of view are fully considered when making decisions. It adds structure to discussions and enhances collaboration, as everyone in the team is required to consider a problem or decision from the perspective of the particular hat being ‘worn’.
