Week 2: Practising STiP - Communities of Practice and Critical Social Learning Systems
Introduction
Welcome to the second part of the course Practising systems yhinking in practice (STiP). The first part of this course provided an introduction to the field of practice called systems thinking in practice, or STiP. The ideas about reflection in the first part of this course invited you to use your own personal experience as a major resource. However, systemic change is seldom if ever enacted by a single person. The second part of this course will teach you about STiP approaches for engaging in collective systemic inquiry so you can manage change with others.
