- start thinking about how you manage change systemically with others
- lay the groundwork for how you might engage in practice with others in a social learning context i.e., how a practitioner of STiP thinks about, prepares for, designs and takes into account interaction with other practitioners.
- review the PFMS heuristic and its potential for facilitating learning with others
- appreciate the value of the concepts of critical social learning systems and communities of practice in learning with others.
