In this section of the course you will watch a video that presents a discussion between Isobel Shelton and a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Discussions will cover the motivations, aspirations and experiences of the Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Katie Harrison, has experience of working in primary level education.

After watching the video you will be provided with a summary of the course and given an opportunity to reflect on your own experiences and aspirations. The activities in this section have been designed to help you to do this, allowing you to create a personal development plan (PDP).
