Biography

My first degree is in Geography, with Masters in Open and Distance Education and British History and the First World War. I am also a graduate of the School of Communication Arts and am currently completeing a part-time PGCE with the Univertsity of Brighton. After a career in corporate training and communications as a video producer and working in broadcast TV in France I moved over to creating content online for the likes of Ragdoll Productions, the Department of Health and FT Knowledge. I am the Digital Editor at The Western Front Association - an educational charity and a Learning Teachnologist at GBMET an FE/HE College on the Sussex coast. A life-long learner with four degrees and other post-graduate study, including more than 17 MOOCs completed whether via OpenLearn, FutureLearn or Coursera. A digital editor, video producer and learning technologist. An elected Green Party Town Councillor. A professional swim teacher and coach.
