Biography

Jawaria Ashraf is a PhD candidate in Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei. With a Master's in Management Science in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Mass Communication, she is an interdisciplinary researcher focused on innovation, public policy, and social entrepreneurship.

Jawaria has co-authored several impactful papers published in high-ranking journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and European Journal of Innovation Management. Her research examines green innovation, the role of market regulations, and social entrepreneurial orientation. She has presented her work at prominent international conferences, including those organized by the Asian Association for Public Administration and the American Society for Public Administration.

Her skills span business analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis. Jawaria is multilingual, fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Arabic, with proficiency in Chinese and German. She aims to leverage her expertise to enhance public services and governance.
