Paul Attridge's OpenLearn Profile

Although I retired in January 2024, my whole working life has been involved with the building trade and customer sales and service. My roles have been varied between office based sales and estimating to various field based sales representative positions to shop manager and for the last twenty four years as Depot Manager responsible for multi million pound annual sales. I have a real hunger to continually learn more about leadership. management and coaching, and still enjoy making notes of everything I learn with a view to passing on the many notes, ideas and examples of these to members of my family who have customer facing and staff coaching roles. Looking forward to the many courses available within Open Learn, as they say, you never stop learning.
