This course has been an eye-opener for me, providing deep insights into mental health, particularly regarding anxiety. I have learned extensively about anxiety and now understand the underlying factors that contribute to it. This newfound knowledge will significantly enhance my approach to recognizing and addressing anxiety in various contexts.
