Welcome to Neurodiverse Leadership: Empowering Everyone to Lead.
At Strategic Leadership Academy, we believe great leadership comes in many forms. That’s why we’ve created a leadership course specifically designed to support neurodivergent learners—including those with dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and related profiles.
This fully online programme is delivered in a way that works with your strengths, supports your needs, and empowers you to lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Course Aim
This course aims to introduce neurodivergent individuals to the fundamentals of leadership by exploring inclusive definitions, diverse leadership styles, and the unique strengths neurodivergent professionals bring to leadership roles.
Through interactive activities and self-reflection, learners will build confidence, develop self-awareness, and begin shaping their personal leadership identity in a way that feels authentic, accessible, and empowering.
Course Structure
Total duration: 4 hours (can be completed in short sessions)

Each module has a "book" containing the learning content:
- Use the < > buttons to move through the content
- Look out for video and interactive sections
- Take your time—pause and come back if you need a break
- Use the downloadable reflective journal to capture your thoughts
At the end of each module is a short confirmatory quiz. This tests your knowledge of the topics covered with true/false or multiple choice questions.
