The first module cover surgery options and explain each of the follow surgery in detail, including:

• Laparoscopic gastric banding
• Sleeve Gastrectomy
• Roux-en-y Gastric Bypass
• Single Anastomosis Gastric Bypass

For each surgery, the video explains:

• What happens at surgery
• Pro and cons of each surgery 

This module discuss the following in detail:

1. Pre-op liver reduction diet 
2. Post-op recovery dietary stages: Liquid diet, pureed diet and soft mashed diet, building up to normal texture diet
3.  Long term changes to diet and portion sizes 
4. Practise eating habits- including separating eating and drinking, Rules' of 20's
5. Weight regain predictors 

This module discusses the long term changes required after bariatric surgery, and symptoms which may occur post surgery, including:

• Eating habits
• True Hunger VS desire to eat 
• Dumping syndrome
• Eating out/ Social occasions
• Lifelong Supplements 
• Prevention of weight regain
• Pregnancy after bariatric surgery

This module recaps essential information about surgery and the changes advised after surgery. 

This includes:

• Rules of 20s'
• Risks of bariatric surgery
• Possible complications after surgery e.g. nausea/ vomiting/ changes in bowel habits etc.
• Excess skin
• Prevention of weight regain
• Recap of dietary changes
