      Creative leadership is thought provoking

      Laurence Matuszczyk28 August 2022 8:38

My initial reaction to this course, which I first attempted in early 2020, was that it was too academically inclined, which didn't inspire me to continue. However, having done some recent governing body self-evaluation, read, and heard about research based professional learning. I decided to revisit this course and I’m happy I did. I found the concepts thought provoking, which required me to spend some time reflecting on them. This did demand more time than expected but it again proved the adage ‘the more you put in the more you get out’.
