The NAC is an advisory board made up of a representative of each registered neighborhood association in the City. The NAC was created to increase communication between organized neighborhood associations, City Council and City staff. Meetings are held on a bi-monthly basis beginning in January and ending in November, on the second Wednesday at 6pm.¹ Learn more on the City of Springfield Website.
