**Funds are allocated at the time of application approval
When each application period opens, an online application form will be made available. The application form will generally require:
- Two neighborhood contacts and their information
- Project and event descriptions
- Agreement to the program’s terms and conditions
Scoring
Staff will review and score applications as they are submitted based on a scoring matrix.
