Study Tip

Don't try to study if you are tired, you will never remember what you have learned. 

If you are finding the subject difficult try breaking down your study periods into 15 minute chunks then take a break.  It give you time to mull over what you have read.

Don't be afraid to ask for help, people will NOT think you are stupid because you are struggling with a subject or part of a subject, and by asking a question you may be helping someone else who is too shy to ask.

The point about not being afraid to ask for help is key! I always encourage my students to ask questions and if they are feeling shy I explain that by them asking a question they are probably helping other participants who  need clarification but are not brave enough to ask.  it is nice to see that you too have the same approach :-)
