Governors Role

To be an effective Governor it is important to receive an honest analyses of data, staff evaluation and to see pupils books that have been scrutinized to ensure consistency. It is also important for pupils to know who you are and be given the opportunity to observe  school council meetings and for pupils to give presentations. There is currently a problem in pushing forward any change in leadership because two schools are sharing one Head and federalization is in progress.

The new Board will need time to settle down and become one unit.

New blood will be beneficial.
