Attitude to inclusion

A situation in which an unhelpful attitude caused a problem was when teachers treated students with disabilities as if they didn't have the capacity to reason and think critically as the regular students.

You are right Marcelle. We have teachers who equate learners disability with intellectual inability  which is quite wrong. Some teachers even give such learners  very simple reasoning tasks than the rest which make them feel inferior than the other learners. What ways would you suggest for changing such unhelpful teacher's attitudes?
