Creating an Inclusive Environment

Based on the Wave 2 commentary, I am reflecting on the importance of a team approach. Wave 2 really speaks to the a team approach, where teachers and administrators are focused on the same outcomes. In addition, Wave 2 really shines a light on the need to have the appropriate resources in place to support all learners. It seems that everyone wants to believe they are inclusive, but not everyone knows how to be inclusive. There is a lot to think about here. CIS is going to force me to really reflect on what I am doing to support my own school when it comes to an inclusive environment. Great blog!

Quite true Connie. Inclusive Education calls for teamwork and collaborative efforts of all the staff in an institution.
