Two important features of an inclusive school are:

Firstly, The School's Climate - A school creating inclusiveness depends on its leader being transformational and inspiring in working collaboratively with team players to effectively constitute needed changes to its physical structure, resources and execute them well. In having the main team players (teachers), they must be fully onboard and be a part of the process from its onset to outset. All must be on the same page accountability, delegating responsibilities, formatting checklist and regular meetings are all a part of creating an inclusive school..

Secondly, The School's Community Creating an Inclusive School cannot be possible without the community or communities surrounding the school environment input and output. Why? In every community resource persons can be found whether through life skills or physical features added to the school structure. Resource persons can be parents, grandparents, guardians, caregivers or other stakeholders. All these persons will certainly play a critical role in creating an inclusive school.
