Professional Development

In 2018 I attended a training on special educational needs. The aim of this was to equip teachers with knowledge and skills to support learners with special needs in the learning process. I learned how to prepare lessons with differentiation to cater for all learners in the classroom. Today, I train teachers and I use the knowledge I gained to prepare trainings for all teachers including with special need support.

This is quite encouraging Jean. Such trainings help in development of inclusive ethos and culture in a school.
