Inclusive school

I have been teaching in my home  university here in Togo. The remark is that our institutions are not that inclusive.  Either students with disabilities are left behind because equipments are no where to be found or they are discriminated against.  Soft skills have to be implemented in our schools at all levels. Indeed, our school environments should be conducive and adaptable to all students. Administrators need to be trained to welcome all students irrespective of their disabilities. Teachers' attitudes sometimes need to be revisited.
