Two important features of an inclusive school are have a resource center for the students and having well trained teachers along with a supportive community. In the country where I am from, there are a lack of several resources needed in the schools to reach the needs of the children. Therefore it is very difficult to pin point on a specific school that cooperate the features I have mentioned. However, when teachers are being trained, there are some courses taken to train teachers how to deal with these children. However, some of these training are not being able to put into execution because of the lack of resources. Some resources may be found in special needs centers in the City. These are limited to children and not much use for those in public and private schools. I also believe that the communities also need to be a vital area that should be looked into in the terms of bullying towards the children. at the school I teach, we try to do our best to work with our community and parents to eliminate bullying for ALL children.
