At the school I teach, What we do to create inclusive etho and culture are: 1- We do assemblies which enable children to be a part of the regular routines and activities done for other children without disabilities. These assemblies are done in a different manner considering the items presented and resources used. 2- When it comes to culture, we have diverse culture in our schools, so we have a day whereby all children are gathered to perform activities and learn about importance of cultures and unity. Especially those with special needs are well engaged to be appreciated. Communities are invited to play a role in this activity.
