In my preschool, parent orientation is a must yearly activity where teachers, staff, administrators, and parents convene to discuss the policies of the school. We make sure that the atmosphere is warm and inviting and also non-judgemental. We open the floor for questions and usually teachers are given the chance to answer about behavior modification practices, teaching strategies, and assessment. 

The teachers and staff always meet regularly after each class to provide feedback no matter how small. Then we hold monthly meetings to prepare for the next month and also evaluate the strategies from the previous month. We make it a point to use feedback-negatives and positives to improve our program.
