Professional Development

My pursuit of always learning has led me to study my master's in the FEU Roosevelt where I also teach.

The atmosphere is very enthusiastic and the frequent exchanges of practices are very valuable in my learning. Collaborating with like-minded individuals also help greatly.

That is great Mariane. I would create opportunities for all teachers to regularly attend professional courses to address gaps based on assessment of their teaching in the classroom. This will aim at supporting teachers develop knowledge and skills for better classroom performance.

Excellent post and I could not agree more as mentioned, collaborating with as you stated "like-minded individuals", it makes a smoother transition and it also helps you reach your goal/goals faster.
