Ethos and Culture

Factors that I think are important in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture are:

1. CPDs that are offered by my District Education Center for inclusive officers such as myself so that we can better prepare and guide those at our respective schools in methods and means in aiding students with special needs.

2. My principal has different schools that she has teamed up with internationally that help to assist us in the process of inclusive teaching particularly in our major subject areas and for us to integrate that into the other areas we teach as well.
