Personally to me, two important features of an inclusive school are; a teacher's personal philosophy of education, their openness to diversity as well as a wide array of resources to cater for all learning styles. Whilst we focus on the difference amongst children, we must also cater to the teaching styles of those we place in front of the classroom to disseminate information. 

Within my country's ECCE environment, we have learning centres within our schools which cater to developing certain knowledge, skills, attitudes and dispositions amongst children. Children of varying backgrounds are exposed to a multitude of resources and materials which are thematically placed in the learning environment according to what is being learnt that particular term. 

A teacher's perspective on education as a whole can also shape their classroom input and output. There must be a desire for continuous and lifelong learning when in the field of education.
