I liked promoting effective questioning to support better inclusive teaching. Effective questioning encourages effective classroom management. Using ICT and PCK may present a challenge since there is the Digital immigrant vs digital native divide.

What I liked in the resource manual is the fact that attitudes and values play a major role in inclusive teaching. Setting ground rules, providing planned activities, flexibility and positive attitude are all achievable. What might be considered a challenge here in Belize would be the use of multiple teaching approaches. Educators cannot use multiple approaches if they don't know how to.
